You will be trained to work with individuals on specific goals and objectives, such as communication, social skills, and self-help skills, and you will have the opportunity to see the progress they make over time.
Being a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) for our company is an opportunity to take a leadership role in providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. You will work closely with a team of RBTs and BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor RBTs.
Being a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for our company is an opportunity to take a leadership role in providing evidence-based behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and design and monitor programs to improve learning, communication, social skills, and overall quality of life for the individuals you serve.
