Registered Behavior Technician
You work one-on-one with children, using the treatment plan your BCBA builds.
What you will do
- Run sessions at home, at school and in the community
- Collect session data and share progress with your BCBA
- Show parents the strategies you use

BCaBA
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
You help guide treatment and support RBTs, working closely with a BCBA.
What you will do
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Help write and update treatment plans
- Coach parents and coordinate with schools

BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
You lead each child's program, from the first assessment to ongoing progress reviews.

- Conduct assessments and write treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
- Work with families, schools and other providers, including IEP meetings

What mobile ABA therapy looks like
There is no clinic. You work with children where their lives happen: at the kitchen table, in a classroom with the school's approval, at the park or the grocery store. Younger children are often seen during the day, and school-age children usually after school.
Because therapy is mobile, you travel to families around Miami-Dade, from Kendall and Westchester to Hialeah, Doral and Homestead. Many Miami families speak Spanish at home, so bilingual clinicians are especially welcome.

Do I need to be certified to apply?
Each role needs the matching credential to work with clients. If you are close to finishing your RBT credential, apply anyway and tell us where you are in the process.

Families across Miami-Dade County. Tell us which areas work for you on the form, and we match you with families nearby when we can.
What are the hours like?
Younger children are often seen during the day, and school-age children usually after school. Share your availability on the form.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No, but it helps. Many Miami families speak Spanish at home, so bilingual clinicians are always welcome.
