Last updated October 14, 2026

Who we are

Metamorphosis ABA Therapy LLC ("Metamorphosis," "we" or "us") provides mobile ABA therapy for children with autism across Miami-Dade County, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through metamorphosisaba.com, by phone and by email, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, call or email us, we collect what you choose to share. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • Consultation requests: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, preferred language, relationship to the child and how you heard about us, plus your child's first name, date of birth, diagnosis status, insurance and any notes you add.
  • Contact messages: your name, contact details and message.
  • Provider referrals: the referring provider's contact details and the information they share about the family and child.
  • Job applications: your name, contact details, the role you are applying for, certification status, languages, availability, the areas you can cover, your resume and any message.
  • Scheduling: if you book a call through our online calendar, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose.

Form submissions are emailed to our team and saved in our website's database so nothing gets lost.

Health information

Some of what parents and providers share, such as a diagnosis or insurance details, is health information. We use it only to respond to you, check your benefits and plan services. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send what you type into our forms to advertising platforms.

Please do not send detailed medical records through our website forms or regular email. If we need documents, we will tell you how to send them.

If your child becomes a client, their records are protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and are handled under our HIPAA privacy practices, separate from this website policy.

How we use information

  • To answer your questions and return your calls.
  • To check insurance benefits and request authorization, when you ask us to.
  • To schedule consultations, assessments and sessions.
  • To review job applications and contact applicants.
  • To send occasional emails to families and providers who have been in touch with us. We send these through Mailchimp, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how people use our website and improve it.
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • To protect our website from spam and misuse, and to meet legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools. They collect information such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site and how you interact with each page. We use:

  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
  • Google Ads and the Meta pixel, to measure our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Microsoft Clarity, to see how visitors scroll and click, so we can find pages that are hard to use.
  • Metricool, to measure visits that come from our social media posts.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam.

Some pages also load content from other services, such as Google Fonts, our Google reviews and the Calendly scheduler. These services receive basic technical information, like your IP address, when that content loads. Each service handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

  • Cookies: open our cookie settings to turn off analytics and advertising cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Google: opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
  • Facebook and Instagram: change how ads are shown to you in your Meta ad preferences.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to remove you.
  • Your information: you can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us through our website. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Who we share information with

We share information only when it is needed to help you or to run our practice:

  • Your insurance company, to verify benefits and request authorization, with your permission.
  • Service providers that help us run our website, email, scheduling, analytics and advertising. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • When required by law, such as to respond to a court order, or to protect the safety of a child or others.

Security and how long we keep it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share, and only people who need it to do their work can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep inquiry and application information for as long as we need it to respond, follow up and keep accurate records, then delete it. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for parents, caregivers and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them. Information about a child should come from a parent, guardian or referring provider. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Other websites we link to have their own privacy policies.
