Send the referral with any records you have.
Helpful to include: the diagnostic evaluation, a referral or prescription for ABA if you write one, and the family's insurance information. If you don't have everything, send what you have and we will follow up.

Benefits and authorization
We verify coverage and request authorization from the insurer.
BCBA assessment
Usually within 1 to 3 weeks of authorization, then therapy begins.

Who your families will work with
Krystal studied Psychology at Florida International University and earned her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis at Nova Southeastern University, with a focus on developmental disabilities.
She oversees every program, keeps caseloads small and works directly with pediatricians, schools and therapists so care stays coordinated. Questions about a specific child? Call and ask for Krystal.

Do you have a waitlist?
No. Once the family's insurance authorizes services, we schedule the BCBA assessment, usually within 1 to 3 weeks, and therapy starts after that.
Does the child need an autism diagnosis before I refer?
Insurance generally requires an autism diagnosis for ABA. If the family is still waiting on an evaluation, refer them anyway and we will talk through their options.
What ages do you see?
Children from 18 months through 18 years, with much of our work focused on toddlers and preschoolers.
Which insurance do you accept?
Florida Blue, Aetna, Cigna, TRICARE, ComPsych and Curative, and we work with families using Step Up for Students. We verify benefits and handle authorizations for the family.
Will I hear back about the family?
Yes. With the family's consent, we share the treatment plan and progress updates with you.
Do you coordinate with schools and other therapists?
Yes. Our BCBAs work with teachers, speech therapists and occupational therapists so goals and strategies line up across settings.
Can services be in Spanish?
Yes. Our team is bilingual, so sessions and parent coaching can happen in English or Spanish.
