Metamorphosis ABA Therapy serves families across Miami-Dade, and parents are part of the team from day one, with practical coaching so progress carries on between sessions.

Who you will be working with

Krystal Conde, M.S., BCBA · Founder and Lead Behavior Analyst

Born and raised in Miami, Krystal studied Psychology at Florida International University and Applied Behavior Analysis at Nova Southeastern University, with a master's degree focused on developmental disabilities.

She keeps caseloads small so that BCBAs stay closely involved in each child's programming rather than supervising from a distance. The work is grounded in personal experience: growing up alongside a close family member with disabilities shaped how this practice treats families. More about Krystal and the team.

What Miami families say

Reviews from our Google profile.

"In only a year, my son has been able to communicate in ways we didn't think were possible. He still has some ways to go, but we couldn't have gotten to where we are today without Krystal and her team."

Gabriela Q.

"This company is amazing! They have helped my grandson with communication and over all social skills. Krystal and her team really care about the wellbeing of their clients."

Juan A.

"Amazing ABA company! I cant thank them enough for what they've done for my son."

Common questions from Kendall families

Do you provide in-home ABA therapy in Kendall?

Yes. Our therapists travel to you, so sessions take place in your home in Kendall, at your child's school, or out in the community. There is no clinic to drive to.

What insurance do you accept?

Florida Blue and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, TRICARE, ComPsych and Curative. We are in network with Florida Blue's BlueOptions, BlueSelect, myBlue, BlueCare, BlueChoice and SimplyBlue plans. We also work with families using Step Up for Students, which is a scholarship rather than insurance. Our team handles verification and authorization.

How quickly can my child start?

We do not keep a waitlist, so the timeline depends mostly on insurance authorization rather than on our availability. We handle that paperwork and keep you updated along the way.

Do I need a diagnosis first?

Insurance generally requires an autism diagnosis to authorize ABA services. If you are still in the evaluation process, or you have a report and are not sure what it means, call us and we will talk you through where you are and what comes next.

What ages do you work with?

Children from 18 months through 18 years. Early intervention with toddlers and preschoolers is a core part of our work, because starting sooner makes a measurable difference.

Do you offer therapy in Spanish?

Yes. Our team is bilingual in English and Spanish. Let us know which language your family prefers when you call.

Talk to someone who can answer your questions

Start with a free phone consultation. We will talk through what therapy could look like for your child and take it from there.
