Coral Gables is home to UM-NSU CARD at the University of Miami, where many local families find support after an autism diagnosis. When you are ready to start ABA therapy in Coral Gables, right at home, that is where we come in.

Metamorphosis ABA Therapy is BCBA-owned, and parents are part of the team from day one, with practical coaching so progress keeps going between sessions.

Who you will be working with

Krystal Conde, M.S., BCBA · Founder and Lead Behavior Analyst

Born and raised in Miami, Krystal studied Psychology at Florida International University and Applied Behavior Analysis at Nova Southeastern University, earning a master's degree focused on developmental disabilities.

She keeps caseloads small so BCBAs stay hands-on with every child's program. Growing up alongside a close family member with disabilities shaped how she runs the practice, and it still guides how we work with families. More about Krystal and the team.

Common questions from Coral Gables families

Do you offer in-home ABA therapy in Coral Gables?

Yes. Our therapists come to your home in Coral Gables, and can also work with your child at school or out in the community.

Which insurance plans do you take?

Florida Blue (including BlueOptions, BlueSelect, myBlue, BlueCare, BlueChoice and SimplyBlue plans), Aetna, Cigna, TRICARE, ComPsych and Curative. We also work with families using Step Up for Students, a scholarship rather than insurance, and we handle verification and authorization for you.

Is there a waitlist?

No. Once your insurance authorizes services, we schedule your child's assessment and get started.

Does my child need a diagnosis to start?

Insurance generally requires an autism diagnosis before it will cover ABA. If you are still waiting on an evaluation, call us and we will talk through your options.

What ages do you see?

Children from 18 months through 18 years. Much of our work is with toddlers and preschoolers, when early support makes the biggest difference.

Can therapy be in Spanish?

Yes. Our team is bilingual, so sessions and parent coaching can happen in English or Spanish.
