Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with Florida Blue (including BlueOptions, BlueSelect, myBlue, BlueCare, BlueChoice and SimplyBlue plans), Aetna, Cigna, TRICARE, ComPsych and Curative. If your plan is not listed, call us and we will check.
How long does a benefits check take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours after we receive your insurance details. We call or email you with what your plan covers and what you may owe.
Does insurance cover ABA therapy in Florida?
Many plans do, but coverage varies. Florida requires many health plans to cover autism treatment, while self-funded employer plans can set their own rules. The fastest way to know is to let us check your plan.
Does my child need a diagnosis to start?
Insurance generally requires an autism diagnosis before it will cover ABA. If you are still waiting on an evaluation, call us and we will talk through your options.
What is Step Up for Students?
A Florida scholarship that can help families pay for services like ABA therapy. It is not insurance, and we work with families who use it.
What happens if my insurance changes?
